Executive Coaching (CERTIFIED 2008)
A confidential collaborative journey, one on one, with a manager or key staff member who may be exemplary in many skills and has great potential with your company but lacks in areas that may deter his or her succession plan. Whether it is human relations, time management, public speaking, meeting effectiveness, leadership skills and/or communication skills, etc, 1 on 1 coaching is an effective method to help the improvement process. Guidelines, expectations and objectives are agreed upon at the beginning. This venture saves money and motivates key staff members. It also increases morale for those affected by the manager's actions (or non actions).
