Executive Coaching
A
confidential collaborative journey, one on one,
with a manager or key staff member who may be
exemplary in technical skills but lacks human
relations skills. Guidelines, expectations and
objectives are agreed upon at the beginning.
This venture saves money by not losing key
personnel. It also increases morale for those
affected by the manager's actions (or non
actions).
